The job
Working as Tech Support Specialist you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to French speaking customers globally. Your customers will be for example police/law enforcement, government agencies and forensic laboratories.
Your responsibility includes solving technical support issues primarily for mobile devices (iOS and Android), troubleshooting installation and import issues, ensuring successful data extraction as well as decoding and analysis. You will do this in close collaboration with internal teams in our HQ and across French speaking regions and markets to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Customer education is an integral part of the role and we look forward to hearing you tell us about your ability to effectively communicate with customers on various levels of technical expertise. We believe you have done this previously in a similar position as described above or in a cyber security company.
Motivation and commitment are essential, you are curious by nature, known to take ownership for your tasks and never give up until you find a solution.
