Our MSAB office in Reading is now hiring two Customer Success resources to support our sales operations in UK. The role will allow you to contribute to a safer world while helping to achieve our sales strategy and growth plans.
The job
Working in these Customer Success roles you will hold a key importance for renewals and onboarding based in our UK office in Reading. You will ensure our business runs smoothly having daily interaction with both our sales team and our customers. Main tasks include, making sure our CRM system is updated and that our customers have what they need to gain the most value from our products.
Your daily tasks will cover
· Maintain accurate CRM systems for relevant territory. Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and account information.
· Oversee quotes, contracts, and order processing, working closely with sales, legal, and finance etc from HQ.
· Drive sales forecasting and reporting, providing insights to support regional decision-making.
· Support territory planning and act as a key liaison to align Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams across the deal lifecycle.
· Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of MSAB tools within customer organisations.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact post-sale.
· Drive renewals, contract extensions, and revenue retention across existing accounts.
· Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Area Sales Managers.

Salary range for these roles are 27K-29K + bonus.
