The job

As our Technical Writer, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for MSAB products, including user guides, installation guides, release notes, and supporting product information.

The role is located in our Stockholm office and works closely with Product Management, UX, R&D, QA, Technical Support, and other subject-matter experts to collect, verify, and structure product information.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and maintain technical product documentation for MSAB software and solutions, including user guides, feature descriptions, quick start guides, troubleshooting content and release-related documentation.

· Write and update release notes for new functionality, improvements, defect corrections, limitations, and customer impact.

· Review, verify, and quality assure documentation to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, correct terminology, and adherence to style guides.

· Maintain documentation in relevant tools and formats, including structured documentation environments such as MadCap Flare as well as the Office suite.

· Plan and coordinate documentation work across several parallel product and release tracks to meet agreed deadlines.

· Manage translation of documents, with translation agencies as well as automatic AI translation processes.

· Create clear user-focused UI copy in co-operation with UX designers.

Who you are
