The job

As MSAB`s Business Developer located in our Stockholm office, you own our CRM system and ensures that it reflects our global business model. You will interview stakeholders, translate their needs into features and tasks for our IT developers to build. You analyze and evaluate existing solutions on both strategic level as well as in details, flows and process to improve and streamline operations.

Your responsibility is broad and you will communicate with multiple stakeholders on both overarching concepts while challenging current solutions knowing that the devil is in the details.

The daily tasks includes to support and optimize multiple applications and use cases, product and price construction within the organization's needs, construction for larger sales projects e.g. framework agreements, investigations and projects that are within Operations responsibility.

Experience

You will benefit from your Business Developer experience where you have translated needs, business models, processes, workflows and implemented new features into CRM system. Your ability to work on both a broader perspective but also shift to detailed tech discussions is crucial. Your communicative personality, ability to incorporate information from diverse business areas and draw conclusions from decision-making and choices will be a strong contribution to our business growth.
