About the job
As the Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy by driving both strategic talent acquisition initiatives and fostering internal talent development. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to ensure we attract top-tier talent while also cultivating a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
We have recently changed our ATS, and you will also be responsible for the continuous development of this system to help our manager to create a world-class candidate experience and recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs and growth goals
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring teams
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Manage employment agreements and job offers
- Manage our external recruitment firms and other vendors globally
Talent Management
- Collaborate with department heads to identify internal talent needs and succession planning opportunities
- Design and implement employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career pathing initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Use data-driven insights to assess talent gaps and propose actionable solutions to enhance team performance
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for our managers in TA/TM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dual talent acquisition and talent management role, preferably within Tech
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and recruitment tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret talent metrics to inform decision-making
- Passion for fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and inclusivity
