For me, it's always about people. As an Office Manager, I care deeply about creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and able to be themselves. I believe in transparency, warmth, and the little things that make a big difference - as a good day at work starts with a good feeling!

Outside the office, I find joy in movement and togetherness - running, hiking, dancing, and cooking for family and friends. I have that same love and energy in the workplace.
